How - Executive Coaching?

Executive Coaching is:

  • Undertaken by an experienced, professionally qualified and accredited coach.
  • We will ask you the question - How do you want the coaching to be delivered to you?
  • A 1-2-1 series of confidential conversations built on a working alliance that places you at the centre of the relationship.
  • Delivered within the boundaries of a professional and clearly defined working relationship and following a strict code of ethical practice.
  • Focused on your agenda that you have defined and agreed with the coach.
  • Delivered over a specified period of time.

What - Executive Coaching?

A tailored approach will be focused on meeting your needs.  As an example, a coaching support package will include the following:

  • An initial meeting where we will discuss and identify the support that you require.
  • Six to eight sessions of up to 90 minutes each, at intervals to meet your requirements.
  • Access to telephone and email support between sessions.
  • A 360 degree feedback process.
  • Access to psychometric support instruments: Hogan, Lumina Spark, FIRO-B, MBTI, Spotlight.
  • Ongoing evaluation against the goals that you have set.
  • We will identify the best possible solution to the issues that you are facing.
  • Examining your options for moving to a more positive position.
  • There will be a clear process to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the coaching interventions on an agreed and regular basis with the Client and the Sponsor. 

Example Projects

 

  • As a Senior Officer in the Royal Air Force and Staff College graduate, John specialised in the management of leadership training at Ministry of Defence level working across organisational boundaries within the UK and overseas with multi-national defence forces.
  • Team GB Team Leader at five consecutive Olympic Games, developed and implemented the performance strategy and provided day to day coaching and leadership to Olympic Athletes and Coaches.
  • Provides executive coaching in the private sector supporting clients at C suite level. Such as in banking and investment to successfully develop their business strategy and increase revenue; in law and commercial retail to develop strategy for their organisations and help them to deal with radical change, challenging people and difficult situations.
  • Executive coaching in the public sector includes the Civil Service, NHS, academic institutions and organisational development: working with clients at a senior management level to help develop their leadership awareness and skills, career transition and development to step up to lead new teams.
