My coaching philosophy is person centred and pragmatic. I place high importance on being authentic, creating rapport and empathy with my clients. Building a strong relationship and creating an effective working alliance are significant aspects of my coaching approach. As an executive coach and group facilitator, I bring an open minded, flexible approach. I will adapt my coaching style and methodology based on the needs of my individual clients and their business contexts to help them unlock their true potential for achieving high performance. Most importantly, I work alongside my clients to support them to widen their perspectives and shift their horizons.
Coaching Philosophy
“Unlocking a person’s potential to maximise their own performance”
Hello, I am John Anderson and I am an Executive Performance Coach and mentor. I have been coaching for over 30 years in High Performance and Business environments. As a Coach. I have a deep passion for coaching and mentoring people to unlock their talent, accelerate their performance and achieve successful outcomes.
I am a person-centred coach and believe that people have huge potential, they are resourceful and with skillful coaching they can overcome obstacles and achieve success at work and in their personal life.
My coaching philosophy is based on co-creating a positive working relationship and I position my client at the centre of the relationship; in doing so, I maintain strict confidentiality.
I believe in establishing trust and a partnership with my client that creates a working alliance based on honesty, courage and direct communication.
In helping my clients to overcome challenges that they are facing, I take up the role of a critical friend and support my client to set and make progress towards their goals, objectives and actions.
My coaching practice is based on giving ownership and responsibility to my client for deciding the content of the work and for taking action.
As the coach, I am responsible for supporting the development of the relationship and when appropriate giving a balance of support and challenge to allow the client to unlock their own best solutions.
I look forward to the possibility of speaking to you and hearing about your aspirations from a coaching relationship and how I can support you to achieve your objectives for the future.
For the moment,
Many Thanks and Best Wishes
John Anderson
