The Team Coaching programme is a tried and tested highly practical approach to working with leaders and their teams to move to a collaborative, team-first approach that delivers improved performance, outcomes and results... on a sustained basis. We start with a discovery phase when we will get into the detail of how your team is currently operating. The next phase will be the design of a bespoke programme to support you to 'raise the bar' in terms of team performance. Finally, we will deliver the agreed programme to your team to meet the high performance outcomes that you have identified.
Action Learning is a development process that we have used to support individuals and organisations to overcome problems that they are facing. The action learning group works on problems which individually and personally engage group members. Each individual is supported, challenged and encouraged to take action on their organisational problems and learn from this. The reflection and review within the group enables learning to happen, new approaches emerge and effective action can be taken. Learning about how groups work is an added benefit. Time and space is given to one member at a time. We will model and use a coaching approach to create a place where the learning for each member can be maximised.
