Doing everything necessary to achieve the results you want more frequently and consistently is at the heart of effective performance coaching. This coaching framework is designed to help individuals improve their skills and performance in a balanced manner. In executive coaching, the process begins with the coach aiding the performer in defining their purpose and understanding what success looks like for them. As they move forward, setting outcome goals and objectives becomes essential. Performance improvement is a crucial aspect of this approach, where individuals are both challenged and supported, fostering ownership and accountability for their performance outcomes. Ultimately, the essence of performance coaching lies in building a partnership that enables performers to focus their energy, maximize their performance, achieve their personal best, and thrive in their operational environment.

The coaching framework is very firmly focused on performance improvement to deliver higher levels of achievement. While results are important, executive coaching emphasizes supporting the performer in executing the necessary actions to achieve their desired outcomes—more consistently and more frequently. This approach concentrates on their performance process. By helping individuals to be more ready to perform, the coaching framework encourages them to better understand and refine their specific performance process. This method challenges people to apply their learning in a targeted manner, enabling them to accelerate and reach their best performance. The approach is founded on the Performance Coaching Framework Model, which is built on principles of high performance and the need to be consistently ready to deliver peak results. Coaches utilize this model to identify the unique needs of the performer, guiding how and what they do during coaching sessions. My expertise and experience, honed over 30 years of working with Olympic and Paralympic athletes and coaches, including five Olympic Games, enhance this process. More recently, I have successfully applied my knowledge from Olympic sports to the high-performance business environment.
